Little tiger cubs 3-5 year olds - FREE trial classes in Cheltenham

About the Little Tiger Cubs
Welcome to Little Tiger Cubs, the fun and safe fitness training programme for children aged 3 to 5 years old.

History
Little Tiger Cubs was recently set up in 2009 and has been an instant success with children and parents alike. The children love the fun and excitement that takes place in each class while the parents love to see their children achieve physical and mental development.

Programme
The kids wear a unique orange and black training suit, which maintains the tiger theme throughout the class. They love to wear the suit and it helps each child feel they are part of a team.

The training programme is designed to encourage the development of motor skills, balance, endurance, flexibility, strength and the coordination of eye, hand and foot. It is a mixture of simple training exercises and games designed to assist in the physical development, improved health and increased fitness of each child. The kids attend a 45-minute weekly session, which combines fun, excitement and exercise in a safe and caring environment.

Little Tiger Cubs believe that children should be rewarded for good behaviour, effort and perseverance and improvement in skill. At the end of each session, the children will be given a Little Tiger Cubs sticker for their scorebook. When the book has the total number of stickers in it, the children will be ÔcubÕ promoted and rewarded with a black tiger stripe on their suit belt and a certificate to recognise their achievement.

The programme should help each child find greater self-confidence and self-esteem, while improving their physical development.
