K-1 Style kickboxing at MSD Evolution Cheltenham


K-1 Style kickboxing training MSD Evolution includes awesome stamina and cardio training, challenging pad drills, some of the techniques practiced are punches, knees, low kicks, sweeps and clinching.

A training session at our academy is one hour long, we have a fully equipped gym including punch bags, speed ball, top and bottom ball, wall kick pads, thai and hand pads.

If you ever wanted to try kickboxing but always thought that you are not flexible enough then K-1 style kickboxing is a fantastic way to get into training, with the low kicks and knees it is a great introdution in to the world of kicking.

  • First rule of MSD fight club is you have to sweat.
  • Second rule of MSD fight club is you have to push yourself.  
  • Third rule of MSD fight club is you have to be commited.
