Charity sparring day at MSD Evolution.

Get involved in this fantastic event to raise money for two fantastic charities. 

Macmillan cancer support & The children's trust.

Each participant will donate £10 on entry, £5 going to each charity and all sponsorship split down the middle. Collect sponsorship form from academy.

You can be sponsored for whole event or the rounds you complete 

100 x 2 minute rounds with 30 second rest.

Bring a drink, bananas or energy gel's.
